Waiting for the big screen... another few weeks to go

And finally... the big moments are here.

Heidi is not in the picture, as she is stuck with the coin-operated car.

Miss Oliver and Heidi badly in Canada

First time away from our kids for so long, and longer for Boon Heng. We miss Oliver and Heidi badly. Never a day we don't think about them and talk about them. This is crazy. Have a break, I tell myself. Some of the things we thought of during our trip:

- Oliver will definitely survive the trail which we did on the summit of Sulphur Mountain in Banff, and Heidi will probably say "I want carry".

- Oliver and Heidi will definitely love the train which passed by the Bed & Breakfast place, The Artist House at Sicamous.

- Oliver will definitely love the chicken broth cooked with rice, a type of Greek soup, and Heidi will eat the souvaki until she over-eat and throws up.

- The old spagheti house at Banff will be the place to bring them. Although we are quite disappointed with the overcooked fettucine.

We called Singapore three times during our 10-day canada trip. Canada is 15 hours behind Singapore. 9pm in British Columbia, Canada is 12pm in Singapore. For the three times we called Singapore to speak to Oliver and Heidi, they happened to be watching the DVD - Cars. Oliver would speak to us for a few minutes and continued to glue his eyes on TV. Heidi simply refused to talk to us for the first two calls. For the third and final call, Heidi spoke but only one word, goodbye. Oh mine... probably it is only Boon Heng and I missing them.
