Welcome to Week 1 of Storycove!We start the class with some simple introductions and of course, ground rules!
We start off with a sit down warm up. B says this is to test our listening skills and group work. See how we listen to B while she delivers her instructions through the chants and movements.
The driver is informing us of the rules and regulations in the train that we must observe during the journey. She asks for our tickets before we board the train.After securing our seats, it is time to move! The train moves slowly at first but it picks up speed after a while. What a fun ride!
It's story time!We finally find the tree. We make ourselves comfortable and B starts by asking us to cover our eyes. She surprises us with a special book. This book is about a bird friend named Penguin Pete.
Before our tongue twisters, B says we have to exercise our facial muscles and articulators to help us with our enunciation.
