Follow Me Hokkaido - Day Four (Part 2)

ABASHIRI TO UTORO
Near Mt Iou (volcano), we headed to a shop nearby. We bought a small slice of melon (cost around $4) to try. It was extremely sweet, but definitely not worth the price.

Another ice-cream stop Kuriimu which always managed to perk up our kids' mood. This photo was taken by one of our fly/drive couple. He initiated to take the family photo for us. How nice. We were in fact quite lucky to find friendly Singaporeans who were always saying that we were brave to bring two kids out, and gave good excuse for us saying that our kids were crying because they were tired.

Shiretoko Grand Hotel "Kita Kobushi"
Sunset at Utoro. Utoro is the largest and only sizable town along the western coast of Shiretoko Peninsula.

It is always a wonder how Japanese can dish out such tasty food and arrange them like a piece of art on your table.

Almost halfway through eating the crab, that I realised that I should take a picture of it .
